Linna Li

Linna Li is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Keller Williams Boston Metro. She originally got her license to help her sister buy her first home in the Greater Boston Area. Because of that experience, Linna is now an expert in writing purchase offers that will get accepted and negotiating contracts. She is also learned how to work with banks and how to navigate the mortgage process to ensure everything is in place for a smooth closing. In addition to buying and selling homes, She's also knowledgeable about the rental market. She is currently a renter herself and so are most of her friends. Linna knows where to find the best deals in the Boston area. Or if you are looking for luxury living, she knows all the apartments that feature the best amenities.

She has a background in tech and worked in Healthcare IT for a number of years after graduating from college. She is still involved in the tech industry and has taught herself / re-learned a number of programming languages including JavaScript and Python which are among the most frequently used today. She is incredibly good with technology and knows how to use it to her client's advantage.

She is part of the National Association of Realtors and abides by a Code of Ethics and Standard Practice to serve her clients in a fiduciary and professional capacity. As a Realtor, Linna makes sure to work in her client's best interest and transact with customers and other Realtors / Real Estate Agents in a trustworthy, dependable, and honest manner.
