Lionel made the whole house buying and selling process a breeze. He was super personable, helpful and knowledgeable about the whole business, and that made a majority of the stress disappear. I liked that he was responsive to every single question I had, at any (reasonable) time of the day. Plus he was patient with me no matter how many questions I had in the process. Another thing I appreciated about Lionel was that he was there to keep tabs on all of the 100s of documents that are emailed to you, and 100s more that need to be signed. I would have totally lost track on half of them had it not been for him. So in a nutshell, I highly recommend Lionel for all your real estate needs!

Lionel Laday was with us from the time we first looked at houses in Austin until we sold our house. In fact, we moved out of state just as the first offer came in and Mr. Laday did more than we could have ever expected in helping us through the last month, acting as a conduit between us and all involved in buying the house. He kept us in the loop and did many, many extra things for us, things we would have done if we were still living in Austin. We can't recommend Lionel enough.
