Ms Ammons is highly knowledgeable about the area and she was extremely patient, pleasant, and helpful to us as newcomers who were fairly unfamiliar with what was available. My husband and I found ourselves in a very bad situation when we found out our dream home was sinking into the ground! The insurance company denied the claim due to it not falling under the Florida sinkhole statues and then Bank of America would not modify the mortgage so we could afford pay for all the repairs and ground under slab ourselves. After struggling with major damage in the house and then the safety issues we moved out. We hired a real estate agent to short sell it in conjunction with working with an attorney, that was a mistake after a year and a half they dropped the ball on us over and over and just took our money! Then we found LISA! We were referred to Lisa by our new attorney and after only a few months of her constant work on getting our sinking house short sold she did it! We spent a few months working with Lisa online and she was always available to discuss by telephone or email the different houses we were finding online ourselves or those that she sent. She was very patient considering by the time we were scheduled to fly down, some of the properties would surely be gone. We had not barely 2 full days to look at properties and she took us to areas where found homes online. I think we liked a few of the houses we found online and the one we chose was a fsbo which meant she had to negotiate both sides. Lisa was great during the process. She never pressured us about our initial offer and we flew home wondering what the outcome of the purchase. Once we were home and found out we didn't get the house it was a case of it probably wasn't meant to be and we started renovations on our permanent home and put thoughts of a winter home on the back burner. Lisa kept in contact with us and still sent us interesting updates. She must have kept in contact with the sellers of the house as well because I think she knew we were probably going to be the perfect buyers for that property. We did purchase the home for more than we intended and I'm sure the seller felt they sold for less than they wanted so I guess the art of negotiation was all Lisa. I have recommended Lisa to other family members and would continue to recommend her to anyone looking in the Martin County area.

Ms. Lisa Ammons has provided me and my brother in law with a perfect turnkey solution for locating a property, community profiles, taxes, resources and completion of a 400k real estate purchase. Yes, the two of us contacted a Lisa Ammons, unknown to us, and the world of real estate resources opened up. We presented her with our requirements, relocating a business to Port Saint Lucie, enrolling a nephew in tennis Camp, and the need to purchase something secure within two weeks. These were the initial requirements/demands but others followed: electronic records of the Homeowners Association By-Laws, local tax rates, properties within specific tax and income levels, and public and private schools within each suggested area.
