Lisa moved to Whidbey Island in 1982. Her Father was stationed at NAS Whidbey during her high school years. Lisa loved the Island and its beautiful surroundings so much that she decided to make it her permanent home, got married, and now has two children. Her background is in Small Business Management, Commercial Real Estate Management, Construction Management, and Public Relations.
