About Lisa

I was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica and emigrated to New York as a young adult. I spent several years in the United States Marine Corps, where I met my husband. Our family moved multiple times while my husband was on active duty, living in different states and internationally until his retirement in 2016. We have four children, two who have graduated from Virginia universities and live in Stafford county, our son is a corporate recruiter and our daughter is a schoolteacher in Stafford, Our 3rd is a college senior and the other a high school freshman. My current hobbies include spending time with family, running, volunteering, crafting and gardening. I currently hold active real estate licenses in both Virginia and Arizona.
I spent many years in the marketing field until becoming a licensed Realtor. It has been the most gratifying and rewarding professional career. I am proud to have a 100% client referral business. I sincerely know that each client and family is special and unique each requiring something different. I take the role of advising and assisting each of them as though they were my only client. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single and multi-family residences. I truly understand the needs of military families and those that re-locate every 3 years on average. I recognize that many of the purchases are short-term and have a different set of requirements than families in search of their forever home.
I sincerely believe that the best work comes from a passion for what one loves to do. I am dedicated to customer service and firmly believe that one must listen effectively to meet the needs of the seller or buyer. I pride myself on being a hands-on agent and dedicating enough time and availability to ensure each client feels as though they are my only client.
