Living all over the country Lisa moved to Seattle 17 years ago after corporate retail city-hopping: Dallas, Atlanta, San Francisco, and New York. This exposed her to people of all cultures and home construction and real estate challenges (and regulations) of all types. Having spent over two decades at retailers Nordstrom, Macy's and Zulily provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. Doing the right thing for clients is just built into her. She is "all in" to exceed your expectations.
Her forte is explaining processes and requirements in a way that will make sense to you thanks to her experience leading and training teams. Lisa wants to make the home buying and/or selling process as pain-free as possible while informing you step by step. Her team is here to support your needs: contractors, roofers, inspectors, stagers, photographers, and repair people. Clients and colleagues describe her as meticulous, proactive, resourceful, quick to respond and fun to be around. They know she works hard for them and in return they trust her.
Lisa will listen to you and work tirelessly on your behalf until she finds the right home to fit your lifestyle requirements whether you are buying your first home, downsizing, looking for a 55+ community, a bigger home for a growing family, a second home or investment property.
In addition, having been raised in a household with a deaf mother she has been signing her whole life. She has a deep understanding of deaf culture and will work side by side with home buyers and sellers that require someone to speak their language.
When you are ready to get started, Lisa is ready to help you!
