Lisa was the BEST Realtor from the start. Whenever you needed her she was always available and vey knowledgeable about the housing market in the area that you were looking at. She made sure to always make you feel like you were number one client and had you information you needed sent to you before you knew to even ask. If you want an experienced Realtor who not only knows her job but works for her clients she is the Realtor for you! She really helped me find a home for me and my kids after I went through a bad divorce and was there for me everyday to ensure we had what we needed not only in a home but in support!!!!!

Lisa Border is beyond amazing! We started looking for our forever home in Virginia while living in New York. We started looking in August 2022 but weren't successful after two months. There were a few challenges, and we decided to rent an apartment. After we moved in November, Lisa continued to check on us and made sure our move was successful and that we were settling in comfortably. It surprised me that she checked in on my family even though we had decided not to purchase. In February, we decided to try again because we fell in love with Virginia and wanted to make it our forever home. We contacted Lisa and told her we were ready. Lisa was always available for our home tours. Her responsiveness was excellent. Lisa treated my situation as if she was purchasing the property. Lisa's promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness, and great energy made our home-buying experience simple. Even after we closed, my husband and I (new homeowners)needed advice on a few things, and she is still there for us. She continues to respond swiftly to our messages. Thank you, LISA, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Lisa was phenomenal! My wife and I moved from out of state to VA and didn't know where to start. Fate had it that we would get paired up with Lisa. We initially met her when she showed us a home we found on Redfin. When we didn't care for the first home, she offered to show us other homes and kept working with us until we found the perfect place. When we had to return to Atlanta to finish the sale of our other home, Lisa was able to help in coordinating the inspections and even helped to measure a few things for us in our new home while we were away. She was an absolute delight to work with and we cannot recommend her enough!
