I first met Lisa when she was the agent selling the house that my husband and I were buying, which happened to be across the street from her own home. Even as a seller’s agent, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When it came time for me to sell my townhouse, she helped me determine areas to improve my chance at getting the best offer, and even helped connect me with service providers. She also helped navigate working with my ex-husband whose name was still on the deed to my townhouse. When 14 offers came in on the house, she helped me work through the review process and choose the one that best fit my objectives. The night before we were to close on the sale, I had a medical emergency and was hospitalized for several days. I immediately contacted Lisa, who worked to gather the necessary paperwork so that my husband could step in to complete the transaction. Not only is she remarkable at what she does, she is a genuinely caring and helpful person, neighbor and friend. I cannot think of a better person to help you with such an important process. I recommend her to all my friends and to you, too!

Lisa was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She had excellent recommendations for little tweaks that should be done before putting my Mom's house on the market. Once on the market it sold in 4 days with multiple offers and over asking by a decent amount. I know that the little tweaks, which she facilitated getting done, made all the difference. She was very thorough with the comps and was able to go over all the offers and help us an educated decision. She was always available to help or answers question. We could not have been happier with the decision to work with Lisa.

Lisa gets 5 stars in our book! She told us she could sell our home for the price that we wanted, and sure enough she did it, and quickly! Selling a home is a very stressful process for Sellers and her and Paul and family helped us every step of the way.

She went above and beyond! From her initial recommendations of good contractors to help with the few fix it projects needed; to helping us stage the home (including her rolling up her sleeves and helping); to helping us arrange moving just-in-time for Settlement & and lastly and most important: she was on our side at Settlement when some issues arose with the buyers.

She is A+ and I would recommend her to anyone. And if we ever move again (don't plan to for a long, long time), we will call Lisa!

Buying and selling a home is always a stressful process. When we found the house that we had to have, Lisa helped make it happen. She was always a phone call or text away to answer any questions and to guide us through the process of selling a home and purchasing another. Lisa helped answer all of our questions and helped us by letting us know what needed to be done with the house to prepare it for showing. Our house have 3 contracts within 24 hours and seven by the weekend. If you need someone to help you sell your house, I recommend Lisa Buohl.
