We hired Lisa in late summer 2024, and closed on our home that November. She was very hands-on at every step of the way, which was incredibly helpful for us as first-time buyers, as there was a lot that we didn't know about the process going in. She provided a lot of insight and context for every home we viewed - good and bad - and it never felt like we were being pushed to move forward with any home that we didn't feel good about. And both during the searching phase, and after having an offer accepted, Lisa was always incredibly communicative via email and phone, and really helped address our concerns throughout the entire process.

We ended up closing on a great home that ticked nearly all of our boxes, including being within our budget, and being located in our desired area. We would have been happy with those results even if the real estate agent was difficult to work with, but fortunately the experience of working with Lisa was anything but. Her constant cheerfulness, patience, and just overall optimistic attitude really made the entire process relatively painless. And when there is already so much to be stressed about with a purchase like this, it was really great not to have any worries about our agent. And that's why we would recommend Lisa to anyone searching for a new home in this area, especially if it's your first time going through the process.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa when I first considered buying a home during the pandemic. Given the state of things at that time I held off for a while, however when I was ready to hit the ground running again I reached back out to Lisa and so glad I did. Lisa is a true professional with high level of integrity and knows how to help her clients navigate the ups and down of this process. She was highly responsive, attentive, and patient - did I say responsive and patient! My home search took longer than expected given the less than desirable market conditions for buyers (almost 2 years), however Lisa never waivered in her dedication to helping me find my first home. I would call her again when the time comes to sell or buy my next home and highly recommend her to others (and actually have - with equal success)!

For context, we started working with Lisa more than a year ago and she quickly helped us tour some properties in the jersey city area. We ended up taking a step back and extended our apartment lease for another year. She was great at communication and very responsive. I was a first-time buyer who initially wasn't very sure about what I wanted. Lisa was very patient with me. She showed me lots of properties, presented me only unbiased facts about the properties, but never pushed me to buy. In the end, I made up my mind, and Lisa helped me go through the buying process. Lisa helped us find our dream house and she is very knowledgeable and patient. She never pushed us to make any decisions and respects our opinion all the way. Lisa Camarato is an excellent realtor who works tirelessly for her clients. She is extremely responsive- responding to text messages in the evenings and showing properties over a holiday weekend due to our scheduling constraints.
