Lisa is a phenomenal real estate agent that I can’t say enough great things about! My siblings and I engaged Lisa to handle the sale of our late mother’s house. After meeting with several other agents, we felt the most comfortable with Lisa and thought she was the best fit for our situation. Needless to say, it was the best decision we could have made! Lisa is knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. Her goal was to not only get us the best offer for the house but to make the whole process as stress-free as possible for all of us. She did a great job on both fronts. Lisa was able to generate multiple offers above the listed price within days of the listing, resulting in a contract shortly thereafter. From start to finish Lisa was 100% engaged, assisted us with any issues that arose and communicated extensively with all of us throughout the process. She was great! I highly recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking for the best agent to represent them if they are buying or selling a house.

I hired Lisa to sell my mother’s house. Because my mother was still living in the house there were no open houses, and Lisa always made arrangements — in advance — to show the house. Within a month, we had a signed contract for more than the asking price. Lisa knows the real estate market better than anyone I have ever met. She knows what needs to be done, how to do it, and has a team of resources that smooth out any possible bumps in the road. From beginning to end, the process was trouble-free and professional.
