About Lisa
For Lisa Cashion, every real estate transaction is an opportunity to transform her client’s life for the better. She enjoys helping both new and seasoned buyers and sellers to make smart real estate decisions. Patient, calm under pressure, and a person who naturally puts others at ease, Lisa devotes her real estate practice to ensuring her clients experience a smooth – and enjoyable – real estate transaction.
She’s a research-driven REALTOR with a genuine talent for intently listening and assessing the most important priorities for each client. The result is a tight focus on homes her clients genuinely love, can afford, and can become the springboard for their futures. Lisa’s clients can count on her being easily reachable, to present all the information they need to make an informed and timely decision, and to ensure their wants and needs are met at the negotiating table.
Real estate is her family business. Her mother was a REALTOR with Beth Wolff Realtors for over 25 years. Since joining the firm, she carries on the tradition of helping Houston families find their perfect homes. Being a native Houstonian, she blends her excellent knowledge of the market with an abiding affection for her hometown. She acts as a resource for her clients, eager to impart insider knowledge on local amenities, strategic marketing, and other things that might be beneficial to her clients throughout the transaction.
Lisa’s background in executive management has imbued her with excellent communication and negotiation skills that serve her well as a REALTOR and have earned accolades from both clients and other agents. Motivated by the intellectual puzzle that is Houston’s real estate market and where it meets customer demands, Lisa spends all the time necessary to find the right home for every family or individual. Additionally, her role as Relocation Director provides the opportunity for Lisa to leverage her experience in supporting corporate transferees moving in and out of Houston.
When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys cooking, DIY refurbishing projects, interior design, and spending time with her family and friends. She is active at the HCRJ and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
