I cannot say enough about how amazing Lisa was in helping me sell my mother’s house. Our situation was a bit tricky in having multiple parties with vested interest in the house, but Lisa was able to navigate the logistics skillfully and smoothly. Her insight into how to maximize the potential for the house through prepping, staging and creating the listing gave the house a true “Wow” factor… and ultimately led us to close much higher than I originally anticipated! Lisa was great at communicating during this entire process because she treated us with the respect of a true professional, yet was really caring as if she had been a lifelong friend or family member. I truly enjoyed having Lisa throughout this process as she is a very easy person to connect with and as a first time home seller she was very open and super informative of every step of the process, what would be next, after and even before it all happened. I would also like to note i reached out to her in mid December and she had our property sold to a very reasonable offer by early January so I did not have to wait long at all for her to get the job done. I was on the fence about selling my home, so I contacted Lisa in May, 2022. We discussed my options and I decided it was best to sell. Knowing that the market was changing almost daily, she didn’t hesitate. After making suggestions and her help with staging, Lisa quickly got my home photographed and priced my home perfectly. It hit the market on a Tuesday and was under contract by Friday, for over asking price. There were some “stressors” on my part but Lisa handled all my questions, confirming with the buyer and was always able to put me at ease. I know Lisa represents both buyers and sellers and has many clients but she always made me feel as though I was the only one she was working with, at the time. Lisa’s experience and knowledges of real estate, and the market in general, is obvious. She made the process seem effortless. She is the ultimate professional, she kept me updated throughout the entire process, always answered her phone & email and was so easy to work with. We were even able to close earlier than the contract date. I didn’t need to purchase a new home immediately, but when that time comes, I will make sure I contact Lisa to help me find my next home.

Lisa is the best there is to work with. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable to all of my questions even those did not have to involve her. She really goes above and beyond what is asked or expected of her. Being a 1st time home buyer there was also a lot of anxiety that came along with my many and frequent questions. I can honestly say that the process was so smooth that there was very little anxiety experienced. I received constant updates as well as reminders on the things that needed to be taken care of. For example, she sent frequent reminders to me to be sure I was on top of purchasing my homeowners insurance policy. This is definitely something that would have otherwise slipped my mind. Lisa would even and always respond to my questions on the weekends, in the evening, at any time she was always right on to if it. She was extremely knowledgeable of the areas I was looking and I am extremely thankful for her input which led me to a wonderful home and location. I really, truly cannot say enough about her and my experience. Do yourself a favor and use Lisa. You will not regret the decision. I guarantee it.
