Lisa and I have known each other for quite some time through her daughter and I being best-friends. Lisa has always treated me like her own and has helped me through life decisions! When it came to purchasing our first home, I knew Lisa would be the perfect agent to use. She is honest, loyal, and a great person all around. We looked for 2 years to find our dream home. After lots of market increases and lots of prayer for the right home, me and my husband closed with Lisa on our dream home in May 2022. Lisa Cochran assisted me with my home purchase and I can say I got my forever home plus a forever friend and guidance. She did a wonderful job listening to my needs, she often times had to remind me of my needs so I wouldn’t settle because virtual shopping while transitioning to moving and still being in another state, she stepped up and made sure to video chat, send photos, share advice on certain things to help me make a decision. She is also always positive but makes sure to give advice. I finally moved to georgia and was able to finally meet up for in person tours and found a house on the 3rd try. I guess 3rd times the charm! Thank you Lisa for being there with me through the whole process as well as after. You’re the best!
