At 77 years young I bought and sold many houses here in Connecticut, from East Haven to Westbrook.
We just moved back from Florida after over 15 years. This is the first time we’ve had Lisa as our agent.
We never house hunted before in such a crazy market however Lisa was fantastic. She made the process as stress-free as possible. We looked from Branford to Westbrook, therefore we had her running all over the map. Also we actually didn’t know what we wanted. A house or condo, ranch or townhouse. She answered every phone call or returned our calls as quickly as possible. Lisa was “Johnny on the spot “ showing up for appointments.on time! We were not surprised that there were over 40 appointments for the condo we ended up purchasing. For this condo we thought they were a little under priced, however Lisa knew The current market so was able to advise us exactly where the offer should be. Although we had to Outbid a few others we were able to purchase the condo and I must say this was the lease stressful purchase or sale we have ever made. We would recommend Lisa to anyone looking for their next home or investment.
We love our new home and realized Branford was where wanted to be.

Lisa was very easy to work with and was able to set up showings very quickly. She was our 2nd realtor and we were very happy to have switched because she did not make us feel like we had to rush into anything and allowed us to move at our own pace. Lisa is a phenomenal Realtor. I genuinely do not think I would have found my home working with anyone else. She was responsive, patient with me as a first time homebuyers (who didn't have the largest budget), and was always willing to listen and give advice. She also knows the area and has lots of great relationships, always a plus especially in such a hot market. I always trusted her advice and knew she was on my side, and she was never pushy. Finally, she was just a real joy to work with...such a kind heart. I can't say enough good things about Lisa—she really went above-and-beyond every step of the way and I would recommend working with her to anyone.

Lisa was wonderful to work with! As very picky first time home buyers trying to navigate the market during the pandemic, we couldn’t have asked for a better partner. Living out of state, Lisa was very responsive to all of our questions and asks. She even went as far to do virtual home visits for us. She was there every step of the way and guided us very well in an exceptionally competitive market without pushing us past our comfort zone.
