Lisa Frazier, a Realtor and Accredited Staging Professional is a native Washingtonian has lived in Maryland and Virginia and worked in Washington, DC and knows the DC Metro area well. Her real estate experience includes: new home construction and development, condo conversions and condo sales, foreclosures, short sales, first time home buyers, military relocation. Lisa is also an accredited home stager working with sellers – allowing her to list your property to sell quickly at the highest price possible. Lisa has a B.A. in Advertising with a Minor in Marketing from the University of South Carolina and has vast experience in advertising, marketing and sales.

Lisa grew up in Olney, MD, purchased her first home in North Bethesda area and currently owns and resides in a home in the historic neighborhood of Woodside, Silver Spring, just a half mile from the DC line.
