Our experience with Lisa was excellent. She is one of the most professional and efficient people we have had the pleasure to work with. She listed, and quickly sold, a small inexpensive condo for us, yet she treated us like she was selling a million-dollar property. During the closing process, our attorney and his staff did not represent us properly but Lisa stepped in to help the closing go smoothly. Even when the closing was done, and her responsibilities should have been, she helped with some loose ends. With great confidence, we would recommend Lisa to anyone selling any property.

Lisa Hill is an extraordinary Realtor and an outstanding person. I had an old, neglected home. She not only waded through the mess with clients, she scheduled viewings at close, consecutive times. That was not only convenient for me, but I am convinced it helped sell the house because prospective buyers saw there was a lot of interest. One gentleman came back for a second look on a day when about five other clients viewed the house. After seeing the parade of interested parties, he increased his initial offer of $260,000 to $330,000. Lisa Hill sold my older home which needed numerous repairs in a matter of weeks for $60,000 over asking price. She explained all seven offers and recommended the one I accepted! I ended up getting what comparable move-in ready houses were selling for in my neighborhood. The extra money enabled me to move close to family and have a stress-free retirement. My wife and I needed to move across NJ to get closer to family, and we had Lisa as our realtor purchasing a home in Ocean County. We were selling our original home in Somerset County and needed to add a contingency to our purchase contract. Lisa was a superstar and was able to accommodate our situation. She was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. All said and done we were able to execute and close on both homes within 45 days of us deciding to move, something I couldn't imagine any agent accomplish, but Lisa got it done. There were so many things that came up I have to imagine was new for almost any realtor, and Lisa was able to navigate the situation excellently. We had many reschedulings, a lot of communications with the seller's agent, attorney, and others, and she made the process feel incredibly easy. It helped a lot that she worked with pretty much every realtor we needed to put a contract in with, as well as having rock solid referrals for specialty work. My wife and I couldn't have done it without her and are so appreciative of her hard work. Definitely recommend and we will be reaching out to her on our next home sale in years to come

Lisa Hill was really amazing. It was a tough market to buy a house but she never gave up. Many homes had multiple offers and Lisa kept on top of the paper work until I wound up with the house that was just right for me. She treated me like family!

Lisa Hill has been the best person to work with. Not only did she help me find the right home for me, she also helped my sisters and I sell my late mom’s house. We made a significant profit from the home sale thanks to amazing analysis completed by Lisa and strategic advertising that she put together. Lisa’s attention to detail and providing great service are a couple of reasons why I strongly recommend her. While managing and overseeing the sale, she made time for me while I searched for my first home. We found the right home for me. A completely remodeled house that all I needed to do was move in. No painting or prepping the house for me to move in. She also assisted me during the mortgage process with her mortgage team at Prosperity Mortgage. From being pre-qualified to closing. Being a novice as I am, Lisa was very patient with me and all of my questions. It was a pleasure working with Lisa.
