Mrs. Lisa is beyond AMAZING! We have yet to purchase our home. However, Mrs. Lisa's patience, dedication, grit, and motivation is beyond anything that I can explain. This has been a challenging process; living 2 states away and a growing family... Mrs. Lisa has been with us every step. Not only is Mrs. Lisa amazing at being a realtor, but she is also a mentor and educator. Questions or concerns are answered with facts and details. Lisa expertly managed our property refresh from start to finish. We previously had our rental property occupied at under market rate in a highly desirable location. When the current tenant vacated at the conclusion of their lease; not only did we want to increase the rent on a future lease, but we wanted the property to reflect a higher quality of living. Upon hiring Lisa, she was quickly up to speed with our vision and immediately began to execute. She not only helped us hire a contractor to perform all the required updates; but she was also very instrumental in making many design choices throughout the process. Additionally, she wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and help out when needed. The only times our project was in danger of delay, were when she was waiting on action from us; but those times were fast fleeting as she kept us on tasks. With her support, we stayed on budget and on schedule. Our property turned out better than we had imagined and Lisa deserves all of the credit… So much so, we’ll be contacting Lisa again when it’s time to make updates to our primary residence.

This is emotional for me, I am the son of The Hughes family.
Lisa took care of my elder parents in the selling of their home. I needed someone with integrity, someone who cares!
She was:
- very transparent every step of the way,
- very clear,
- and had great attention to detail.
See I grew up in that home and became a CEO in that home. My parents weren't just giving up a home and neither was I.
Lisa made sure, yes the house was sold but saw to it that the memories were kept. She, along with my family also made sure it did not look like our home anymore and that we took all of our memories with us. Great experience, thank you!

I’ve had a fantastic organizing experience with Sidney. Her initial in-person assessment was very thorough and not at all rushed. I was overwhelmed with all that needed to be done but she immediately made me feel comfortable. She was able to work around my busy schedule, and helped me prioritize and phase the work. She had great ideas for permanent storage solutions that fit my space and needs and even picked up and assembled new furniture and hauled away items for donation. And she provided a comprehensive and realistic plan for staying organized once we were done. All of that with pricing that far exceeded the competition. Overall a very pleasant person that I will continue to use for any organizing needs and that I highly recommend without reservation.

Sidney Irving of Sidco Properties provided the highest level of service in planning, organizing and completing the preparation of my family home for sale. This included the systematic removal of 50 years of my deceased parents' belongings that needed new homes, donation or disposal. To that end, Sidco Properties researched the prices of items on the internet and hosted an online auction & in-person sales of the items that had market value. Sidco Properties, also, staged the home for open house events and did a very clean and fresh presentation. 5 Stars Plus!

Sidney Irving of Sidco Properties, LLC has provided superior services to me as a realtor. She has staged and photographed homes for me for marketing purposes to aid in the sale of my listings. This service included furniture arrangement, decluttering, some minor cleaning, and using props when needed. I never would have thought of the touches that she added, including lighting, that made the spaces really stand out! I highly recommend Ms. Irving and her services without reservation!
