About Lisa

Lisa Trinell J. is an Investment Entrepreneur. Her real estate career started in1998 when she used an FHA loan to buy her first property which shortly after became a rental. Lisa earned her real estate agents license in 2002 originally just for her own personal knowledge, but then moved into sales and property management to others. Lisa obtained her Real Estate Brokers License in 2006 and she has been active fulltime in the business since.

Lisa’s personal portfolio consist of 6 multi-family properties to include: 1-fourplex, 4 duplexes and 1–11-unit commercial apartment building. Lisa currently manages a portfolio of 450 units across the San Francisco-Bay Area over 70 properties consisting of multi-family, single family and commercial properties valued at approximately $600 million dollars. Personally, she has bought and sold approximately $7.5 million dollars’ worth of commercial and residential real estate. Lisa has invested in California, Michigan and most recently, Wisconsin. Professionally, she has assisted clients with buying and selling approximately $800 million dollars’ worth of real estate assets.
