Come to find out many Agents selling homes are NOT Realtors, nor do they have the ethics/experience/willingness to build relationships. Home-ownership is a big decision, one that I educate my clients to not enter into lightly. We discuss all pros and cons of each prospective home, to determine the very best fit.
