I was in the process of fixing up my parents house in order to get it listed for sale in the coming months. A contractor friend of mine suggested I should contact Lisa for advise & as a listing agent because she new the area so well & had many years experience. How I wish I had contacted her sooner during my house renovation stage as she could have saved me some much valuable time & money. Regardless of that, her knowledge provided thereafter, staging details & expertise, multiple listing outlets, & organization of the closing process made the sale of the home quick, smooth, & not stressful at all. The house sold in 4-5 days for more than I expected. My sisters & I were extremely happy even though it was sort of sad to see our little home of almost 60yrs. go.

We met Lisa over seven years ago when close friends recommended her to help us sell our first house. After interviewing a few agents, going with Lisa was an easy decision. I could tell that she was going to help us achieve our goals in terms of selling our existing home and guide us in the right direction for the next stage. Lisa knows we have been so happy in our second home that I honestly don’t see us moving anytime soon, yet she still checks in on us from time to time! Lisa helped my wife and I sell one house and purchase another. She was very thorough when looking at our house and offered great advice for projects we could do to help sell the house and also suggestions on staging. She had a photographer take high quality photos that really showed the house well online. We had tried to sell previously with no offers, but this time we got multiple offers really quickly. We had a short turn around and she helped us find a house we loved and worked out the timing of the contracts. Lisa was helpful with all steps of the process and found great people to work with (repairman, inspector, mortgage, title, etc.) She was great at negotiations on both ends. We have recommended her to several friends and family who have also had great experiences.

Lisa has been apart of our family, if you will, for many years now! We got so lucky when she sold a record high in our first neighborhood and we reached out to her just simply by her for sale sign. I am SO GLAD we did! We have now sold two homes within the last five years, both as neighborhood records and full price offers within 5 days of being on the market TWICE! She has assisted us on the purchase of our last two homes as well. She hand held us through every step and handled so much of the grunt work for us. She was always very guided and thoughtful in the stresses of our young family moving and all the head aches of buying and selling. It seemed very effortless with her guidance! We are so thankful!

We love Lisa. She has helped us to buy our current home, an investment property, and she's helped us to sell our previous home. She is the ultimate professional. She knows the St Louis and surrounding areas extremely well. She's honest and trustworthy which to me is the most important quality. I don't want someone to just sell me the first property. I want them to give me the honest truth and look out for my best interest and she does just that - she's an advocate. She kept us from rushing into buying in an area that might not have been right for us by giving us all the facts, both good and bad - it would've been an easy buck for her but that's not what she's about. She has always had our family's best interest in mind. When selling our previous house, she made sure all of the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. If the realtor fees are mostly the same, why not go with the best you can find - that's Lisa Loveless. We've made some really good decisions on purchasing and selling property and we have to give the credit where the credit is due. A good realtor is worth their weight in gold.
