Lisa did a masterful job from start to finish. Her advice regarding pricing, presentation, and marketing was terrific. She communicated well with agents and her advice regarding selection of offers was right on target. The whole process from the first day of showing to the closing was eight days, and the sales price was above the asking price. One could not ask for any better performance.
