We researched a ton for the best realtor to help us find the perfect new home in Delaware, and are so happy to have found Donna Girod with The Lisa Mathena group!

Donna Girod’s knowledge of the market, and insights of the areas we were considering was invaluable to our home buying process. She asked great questions at our initial consult to understand what our perfect new home looked like to us, and adapted as we changed our minds.

Donna was thorough with home searches, she made herself available to our schedule, communicated to realtors and builders on our behalf, and always with our best interest in mind. She knew the right questions to ask when we didn’t, and had a strong knowledge of each community’s present and future plans.

Lisa is a GEM !!!! She helped my mom and I through the most difficult transition of our lives. My mom has Alzheimer's and I had to move her from Delaware to New York where I could care for her. She was leaving her home of 40 years. A very very difficult transition !!! I moved my mom to New York and Lisa sold her home. I cannot emphasize enough what a delightful, first-class experience it was using the Lisa Mathena group to sell our property. Our situation was not a usual one as there were a number of caveats to it. We were selling a home of a family member who died and did not have a will, we live in New York the property was in Delaware...not the usual straight up sale. But, they took us step-by-step through each stage of the process, informing us of what we needed to do to get to the next stage and more importantly for us...how to get there. They made our communications as well as our document sharing simple and easy. This group is knowledgeable, caring and attentive, I highly recommend them.
