Lisa came to live in Lincoln in 1998, but is originally from the beach cities of Los Angeles County, California. Lisa earned her Bachelor and Master degrees from UNL and was a State of Nebraska employee when she began investing in real estate.
In 2016, Lisa purchased a four-plex and since then has acquired additional properties all of which she manages herself for a total of 21 units. In 2021, Lisa became a licensed real estate agent and in 2025, earned her broker’s license and created her own Lincoln-based brokerage: 333 Elm.
Not surprisingly, Lisa works with investors – both seasoned and newcomers – whether they are selling entire portfolios in retirement, or just starting out buying their first rental property. Her clients appreciate working with a professional that is in the game, knows the pitfalls, and has developed strategies that work for investors.
For clients selling, Lisa has created marketing plans and tactics that ensure the property is presented at its best, gets buyers and agents into the home, leverages social media to get the word out, and attractive advertising that is pushed out to Lincoln and beyond.
Lisa has also helped a number of first-time homebuyers get into homes they not only love, but can afford. Lisa always starts with contacting a lending partner first to ensure clients are ready to buy and find out the budget they can work with. She then develops a strategy so that the buyers are not wasting their time looking at properties that don’t meet their needs or isn’t in the right price range.
Lisa’s true value to buyers, however, comes into play when submitting offers: every offer is drafted with terms that will give her clients the best deal in the current market and Lisa navigates the negotiations that follow all the way to the closing table, always fighting for her clients. As primarily a listing agent, Lisa guides her buyer clients to keep in mind what sellers think in different situations to make the deal appeal to the other side. It’s a moving target as the market shifts, but for Lisa’s clients, it often pays off.
