We were first time homebuyers coming from a different state and Lisa was our guide through the whole process. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with her. As a first time home buyer's we needed a lot of guidance and an experienced professional. Since our first conversation we knew Lisa was that person. She works hard and has a great attention for detail. She was very flexible with our difference in time zones. We are so grateful we had her as our agent for our first house! Lisa guided us through buying our first home just recently. Lisa was wonderful to work with. She did not persuade us from homes but advised when certain parts of homes were more than likely going to cost us a great deal. She pointed out things we didn't even know to look at. If we ever need to sell/buy again, we will only be using Lisa.

My wife and I will recommend Lisa to anyone we know looking to purchase a home, especially for first time buyers. Lisa is incredibly thorough with her work and taught us a lot about homeownership along the way. Perhaps most importantly, Lisa advocates for you at every house you look at. She asks the questions you don’t think to ask so you know what you’re walking into. In this industry, you run into lots of people who sugar coat things. Lisa is a straight shooter and will always give you an honest answer. Can’t recommend her enough.

As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Lisa was extremely attentive to my needs and always made herself available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. In a competitive market, she acted quickly to schedule viewings and was always on time and prepared. Through her patience and advice, I felt like she was always looking out for my best interests as we spent months looking at houses. And when things got a little stressful, she helped me find the humor in it all! After my offer was accepted, she checked-in with me regularly to help facilitate the process, and kept me on track through to closing. Me and my wife couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Lisa Miles. She was instrumental in helping us find the right property and take the purchase to completion. When we started house hunting, we had no idea about the complexities of the market that we were diving into head first. On top of that, our lease was ending in little more than a month. Lisa helped us sort our things together and provided timely updates and reminders on all the tasks that we had to do. She is very professional and sincere in maintaining deadlines and ensured that we were all on the same page throughout the process. With her experience, she also provided excellent tips and traps that we were sometimes not aware of when considering a property. From arranging house visits to the closing date, she made us feel like the process was a breeze and we could totally relax knowing that our house hunting was in good hands. She would often go out of her way in responding to our mails and texts (sometimes well outside working hours) and accommodating to our work schedules for our house hunting appointments. We both highly recommend Lisa as we would not have been able to buy our house without her help!

Lisa was very thorough and was very responsive. Lisa made me feel very comfortable in the process of searching for a new home. I felt like she was really looking out for me as she was very detailed and thorough while inspecting houses with me. She explained in detail things that I should be on the lookout for and why these things could be an issue in the future. She always responded to my calls or messages promptly. I worked with Lisa for over a year and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. We went to countless showings and open houses but she was prepared every time. She always had done research about the property and the area before appointments so she could answer any question that might come up. As a first time buyer, I had a million and one questions. I bought my first home with Lisa. She is incredibly thoughtful and was on her A-game 100% of the time I worked with her. I would often call her with questions to ask the seller only to find that she had already addressed my concerns. She was always one step ahead of everyone else involved in the purchase of my house— my attorney, my loan officer, the seller... Her professionalism is unreal. She was supportive, but always reminded me to be realistic. She also has a great sense of humor that she uses effectively to diffuse a lot of the stress I felt navigating a process that I knew absolutely nothing about. Most of all, she genuinely cares about her clients in a way that you just don’t see from most other people in the world. I knew from the first condo I looked at that I was in great hands. I didn’t hesitate to tell my longtime friends about her when I heard they were looking to buy a home, and I would recommend her to anyone else doing the same. Thank you Lisa!

It was a pleasure working with Lisa. It was a year long process of house hunting and now that we have finally found/got the house for us, we cannot thank Lisa enough for her constant support and guidance for us. Lisa was very good at giving us a reality check of the properties we were looking at, which shows that she was on our side and was always thinking for our benefit. As first time home buyers, we had minimal clue of the home buying process but Lisa made sure we were on top of every important matter whether they were lawyers, insurance, loan officers or the sellers them selves. While doing home tours in open houses, Lisa asked right questions which us as first time home buyers missed. Lisa also made sure we were in constant communication with the sellers after our offer was accepted. One important quality that we appreciate about Lisa is her patience with us, she was always ready to help us out , take us on a tour at any hour.
