First of all, we were very pleased with the ideal location of the office. We were then immediately impressed with the office's cleanliness, and adorable decor. The ambience has a certain warmth to it, which invited us to stay and learn of the various availabilities of properties. We were warmly greeted by your very professional staff members, then once officially assigned with one of your representatives, Lisa, we were helped seeking, locating, and purchasing our desired home in Williams at a good value purchase price. All responsive times on paper transactions were right on the mark, and went smoothly closing on a timely manner. And all happened because we first decided to stop at a little realty office that resembled a charming house that caught our eye. All ended up marvelously well.

We met Lisa because she was the seller's agent for a home in Flagstaff we found and fell in love with, before we had been able to research local Realtors. One of our best friends is a highly successful agent in the valley but was unable to represent us in Coconino county. Upon meeting Lisa at the showing we loved her - she was the perfect blend of professional yet likable and we asked her to represent us as well. She had a longer standing relationship with the seller and yet we never once felt as though she did not have our best interest at heart as well. She was thorough, responsive, knowledgable and truly a dream to work with. That home is now ours and it is a home we have dreamed of owning for over 20+ years, no doubt thanks to Lisa.
