I clearly remember the first time I saw the towering San Francisco Peaks. I was on a business trip in 1997, visiting Arizona and the Desert Southwest for the first time. While in Scottsdale, friends told me, "whatever you do, make sure you visit Sedona and Flagstaff." I took their advice and my life, from that moment on, changed forever. When I returned to Pennsylvania, I told my husband, "we’re moving to Arizona!" 6 years later, we sold the house, packed up the kids and made the 2,800 mile trek to Flagstaff, Arizona. Neither of us had a job, but we knew that when you wanted something bad enough, everything would work out for the best. My background was in computer science and information technology, but I knew this wasn’t what I wanted to do in the most beautiful place in the world. So I made the decision to try my hand at Real Estate and the rest is history. I have been a full time agent for the last 13 years. Nothing is more rewarding to me than to educate my clients, show them the beauty of Northern Arizona and help them call Northern Arizona Home. I still cannot believe the color of the sky during the day here in Northern Arizona. At night, the Dark Skies are truly magnificent where you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye. It’s hard to wake up in a bad mood…just so many things to be grateful for. I love hiking this beautiful area, but there’s no place more inspiring than hiking the Grand Canyon. I’ve made numerous trips into that mighty big hole, and I can’t wait to get into the Canyon again. Northern Arizona is blessed with thousands of miles of trails throughout our National Parks and National Forest. And the most wonderful weather with mild summers and winters. And yes, it does snow in Arizona. Flagstaff and Northern Arizona average 100? of snow a year! I am President for the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors and I am also owner and broker of Grand View North here in Flagstaff, AZ. I have completed my Masters in Residential Real estate sales, management, and marketing and is the only Realtor® in AZ to have that degree.
