Truly amazing to work with and would recommend to anyone looking to enter the market as a buyer or seller. In our case she did both and helped us through every bump in the road we came across. Our situation with looking for a new home with two sets of adults my wife and I and her parents plus our kids and many pets was not easy to accommodate yet Lisa was able to pull it altogether in a way most would have failed or walked away from. Blessed to have had the pleasure to work with Lisa and have us guide us through this journey.

I want to thank Lisa Pagan for working so hard for us for the past 5 months , 40 plus homes , 9 offers not excepted. we almost gave up . Lisa always had a positive attitude and was alway being creative and sharing different ways to get the job done. There was never a time in this whole process ( as crazy as it got ) that we ever thought we didn’t have the right person for the job.
I can’t say enough of what an amazing job she did and most importantly she is an amazing person, Thank you again Lisa and your team for making our dream happen .

When I decided I was ready to buy a house I didn’t know the first thing about the process. Someone suggest I use Lisa as my agent to help me start the search. I knew from the second I met her she was going to be the agent for me. She was down to earth, well put together and most importantly she was knowledgeable about the market, genuine and honest. She asked me to provide a list of ‘wants’ and ‘needs’ in the house I wanted to purchase. I gave Lisa my list and she went to town! Every listing she sent me was exactly what I was looking for. She listened, knew the assignment and executed it perfectly. After going to view a few houses with me that I wasn’t totally sold on we finally found a house that had almost my entire check list. She met me at the open house and was there before I got there. When I decided this was the house for me she told me the best way to go about making the offer, I gave her the go ahead and unsurprisingly she was right! Within four hours I received a response from Lisa that the offer was excepted! Through the whole closing process she was responsive, quick and efficient. She even went above and beyond and helped me with the utilities and answering all my questions about insurance and even gave me some pointers and suggestions for safety things regarding my house (devices to check for gas leaks once moved in etc). At the end of the whole process I now not only consider her my realtor but a good friend. I would suggest that anyone looking for a home whether it’s first time or experienced home owners … definitely go with Lisa. She EXCEEDED my expectations!

Lisa has been my realtor for now two moves that I have made, I sold my condo a couple years back and started renting to get ready to buy the home of my husband and I's dreams when we were ready :) The day I let her know she immediately updated our MLS search, and we started going to see homes right away. She was always getting the answers that we needed about the homes that we were potentially interested in putting an offer in on. She was persistent with getting us showings that worked for our crazy schedules and made us feel like a priority! Trust Lisa with helping you find your dream home because we just moved to ours!!!!! Literally an Angel on Earth
Being first time home buyers, we were introduced to Lisa who was highly recommended by a friend (who Lisa also help purchase her first home). She was there throughout the process of our new construction since we were clueless about so many things. She didn’t mind driving more than 60 miles to help us pick out the little things that didn’t automatically occur to us but very important. She went above and beyond to protect us from being ripped off thousands of dollars from contractors who wanted to take advantage of our naïveté in building. Her attention to detail was impeccable which helped us realize so many missing pieces. After our experience with her as an agent,she’s literally now family. We are so lucky that we were referred to Lisa because she expertly and patiently took us through the entire house sale process, explaining every step and ensuring we got the best possible deal.

Trust is essential when you are selling a home, and we knew we could trust Lisa and her husband Sam to take care of everything related to the sale, including us. They went above and beyond by holding extra open houses, attending the fire marshal inspection and water department visits when we had already moved out, and when the buyer needed an extension, Lisa worked with our lawyer to make sure we were protected.

We were only able to sell our home in the timeframe we did for the price we needed because Lisa was our agent. From her ability to set just the right listing price and show us how to best present our home to knowing how to best handle every complication while clearly explaining every step, Lisa truly is the gold standard of real estate agents. My wife and I were referred to Lisa by a realtor friend of ours who wasn't available to help us with our home search. We are so happy they connected us with Lisa Pagan for our home search! From our first phone call to discuss what we wanted our new home to be, Lisa was with us every step of the way. No question went unanswered, and it felt like we had her undivided attention (she often anticipated our questions and had info before we even asked!) The home market has been terrible for buyers, and Lisa made sure we stayed sane through so many open houses and some rejected offers. She kept in contact with her colleagues and helped us craft an offer that stood out, and we finally got our dream home!

All the way through our closing Lisa connected us with other professionals (home inspectors, attorneys, etc.), making our purchase smooth and painless.
