Point blank: Lisa is top of the line and the realtor you want to have on your team! This review is from a San Diego home purchase that was closed back at the end of May 2025. We wanted to develop a foothold in San Diego, while also living back East. We needed an agent, and a friend referred Lisa. At the first meeting, it was clear - she’s a professional and a relationship person. She knows San Diego well, from neighborhoods to properties to vendors and inspectors.
Lisa’s communication style is very straightforward and pleasant. Her attention to detail and follow up are unmatched. It’s clear she doesn’t just want to sell you a house, she wants you to find the perfect home.
Through Lisa we found our dream home. When we decided to make an offer, there was a competing offer on the table. Lisa’s insight and strategy helped us to get the house by focusing on items of value to the sellers and not just price.
After the contract was accepted, Lisa went the extra mile - scheduling and managing all inspections, meeting vendors, scheduling repairs, and negotiating furniture purchase from the sellers. She has continued to be helpful even after the ultimate close.

Lisa did it again! Two years ago, we used Lisa to help us purchase an investment property with our 1031 exchange. That transaction was so seamless we knew we had to use her again to sell our primary home. From the moment I was introduced to Lisa Perich, after being highly recommended by a dear friend, I was extremely impressed. She was everything and more than I had been advised of. She was charming, gracious, and knowledgeable. I felt guided and comfortable from the get-go. In my first meeting with Lisa, I also was introduced to two (2) of her colleagues and was impressed with the team effort that worked on my behalf.

Another big perk in working with Lisa is her additional education regarding properties in probate. Lisa worked masterfully along with my estate attorney and the multitude of aspects needed to complete a probate sale efficiently.

With regards to responsiveness, Lisa is on it! She was attentive to answering all questions and ensured that I was always well informed.

The sale preparation was so thorough, we had 2 offers on day one. Lisa negotiated all weekend to ensure we got the best offer possible. We could not have asked for more.
