Lisa Rosengard did an amazing job for us in finding a new home.
We were moving from St. Louis to Chicago and it was our first time moving out of St. Louis (after living there for more than 60 years) so we had a lot of questions and concerns. Lisa was there for us every step of the way. She showed us homes which truly fit the criteria we were looking for and she ultimately helped us decide on the home to buy. We absolutely love our new house and we couldn't have done it without Lisa's help. Lisa went above and beyond the call of duty for us and waited at our new house for various inspectors and repair people when we were still packing up our house in St. Louis. She also has many excellent recommendations for people that you sometimes need when moving into a new house (electricians, painters, landscapers, etc.). We would 100% work with Lisa again and we very, very highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a house.
