You will love Mrs. Lisa . She's an outstanding realtor! She also gets 5 stars for Communication, Patience and On-time meetings. She ensures that her clients are happy or at least try to make you happy even if its out of her control. She tries to provide all of your needs and reach out to all of her Partners through the transitioning process. If it's not her expertise she will find the answer and get back to you ASAP. Even after my closing she still assist me and didn't leave me a stray. I didn't have much contact with my lender but with Miss Lisa I felt she was the lender and my realtor. I love you Lisa for all that you do and continue to do. YOU ARE THE BEST! I Recommend her to you all!

Lisa has been incredible from start to finish. I got calls from multiple agents when we started looking at houses, but Lisa was the most helpful and responsive. She called us multiple times to keep us updated. I could only fly out on a long weekend to look at houses but she went out of her way to show up on Saturday, the holiday, and even late at night so that we could see the most homes possible

When she showed us homes, she was super methodical and organized. She came very prepared and she knew her stuff. She also went above and beyond - the house we ended up buying was barely outside our radius, but she didn't let it slip through the cracks.

Then as the lending process began, she was super helpful working as a liason between the lender when needed and negotiating strongly on our behalf. She called us periodically just to check in and make sure things were moving along. She even helped us push up our closing date so that we could get out of the hotel sooner.

All in all, we loved Lisa. We are blown away by her customer service, professional, organization, and kindness. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the Columbia area.
