Lisa was very knowledgeable of the local houses had sold for, what was listed in the county for our house, was able to see the best features for our house, and very easy to work with. We developed a plan to market and sell the house, was very open to our wishes on what we wanted to do, and she kept in communications each step of the way. Lisa is very detail orientated and was also always available to quickly answer any questions we had as they arose.

Lisa was a great! She was professional and knowledgeable. She even went to a few places to do a walk through on my behalf.l and then provided me with a detailed video of each property. She also helped me with estimates of rehab necessary to update various houses. Very helpful!

As a first time buyer working with Lisa was/is an amazing experience. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about me as a first time buyer, understood my needs, scheduled my house viewing on a small notice, felt like she works 24/7 and tries to get me in a house as soon as possible so that I have enough time to make an offer even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space. I don`t know about you but I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Lisa did a great job organizing the sale of my property and despite the fact that the house was a bit hard to find at the end of a cul-de-sac, we got a record price for the area from the first buyer that walked through!
