I have just purchased my first home with Lisa Miller Scott as my realtor. I have always heard of scary stories from people about their home-buying experience and I have to say that my overall experience was almost effortless due to a good team that worked well for me to get me into my home. Being a new resident of Maryland, Lisa’s knowledge of the area was very helpful. Months before I started the process, Lisa took the time to help me map out and answer questions about different areas in Maryland that would be the ideal place to live. Once the perfect home was located, Lisa quickly went to work to put together the contract and submit all the paperwork to the parties involved so that we successfully closed in three weeks. She handled all the administrative details and I had no doubt that she had everything covered on my behalf. She made herself available through the process. She was very responsive in answering all of my questions and her experience as a realtor helped guide me through this first-time home buying process. Lisa does her job very well. A.
