Lisa recently co-represented both the seller and buyer of two of the most significant sales in both Sonoma and Napa Counties. Pat Kuleto’s Sage Canyon Ranch Vineyard in Saint Helena, Ascension, Tristan da Cunha sold for $8.25 million, and the Platt Ranch and Vineyard Estate in Occidental sold for $11 million. And, with very skilled and aggressive negotiating, she recently represented the sellers of Ross Branch Ranch in Sebastopol, which received multiple offers and sold for almost $900,000.00 over the list price.

Lisa is a Broker Associate with Sotheby’s International Realty. Having co-owned her own mortgage and real estate company for 5 years prior to working with Sotheby’s, her reputation is built on the importance of listening to her clients, working tirelessly to deliver exactly what they are looking for, and being very prepared and aggressive in her negotiating to get her clients the perfect property at the very best price.
