Lisa is a founding partner of GBR Realty. She has a BS in Public Affairs from Texas Southern University and MA in Behavioral Science from University of Houston/Clear Lake. She received her real estate license in 2001 and since that time her primary focus has been in both residential and commercial sales. Lisa is a Certified Negotiation Expert which means that she is equipped to negotiate the most difficult transactions to create a WIN – WIN situation for all of those involved in the transaction. She currently is a member of the Professional Development Advisory Board for the Houston Association of Realtors. The purpose of this advisory board is to ensure that the members (agents) of the association are being properly trained to represent individuals in the sale or purchase of their home. She has strong core values that are the guiding light by which she operates her business. Those core values include dependability, loyalty, commitment, honesty, compassion, respect and service to others.
Lisa has a passion for giving back to her community and she achieves this through membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, Jack and Jill of America and Junior League of Houston. Lisa has been married to Co-Owner Kevin for 18 years and together they have two daughters Kendal 11 and Kadence 7. Family is very important to Lisa. Her priorities in life are God, Family and Friends and Real Estate. It is important to Lisa that she is present for her family and to be a part everything that they are a part of.
As a Realtor, you wear many hats that span from an being an counselor to an economic advisor specifically in the area of real estate. It was important to Lisa to create a platform in which she could educate the masses about real estate and other relevant topics. She partnered with three other Realtors Kimberly Dixon-Dudley, Marla Lewis and Tanna Young to create Red Door Conversations Podcast. The purpose of this podcast is to bring pertinent real estate news and empower and educate individuals as it relates to making sound real estate decisions.
