Licensed in both Maryland and Delaware, I am ready to serve clients seeking beachfront property as well as newcomers to the area and sellers looking to list. As a lifelong resident of Baltimore, I hold a deep knowledge of the city and the surrounding areas, including Anne Arundel and Harford Counties. My experience spans not only sellers and buyers, but also investors, renters, lessors, and corporate relocation clients from Under Armour, Northrup Grumman, Johns Hopkins, and others.
Growing up, my family never had the opportunity to come to the beach but in 2018 my husband and I came for the weekend, went to an open house, and that is where our journey and love for the beach started. In the summer of 2020, we turned our dreams into reality by building a beach home in Fenwick Island, DE. At first, it started out as that, just a beach house. Over the last three years, it went from a beach house to our true second home. We love it so much here; we have decided to gradually transition to Fenwick as full-time residents.
With being at the beach more than 50% of our time and still wanting to do what I love to do, real estate, I am proud to have affiliated with Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate, the leading independent brokerage in Delaware for over 60 years, and the invaluable support they provide. This will allow me work in real estate in Delaware while still assisting my client base in Baltimore.
While not doing all things real estate, I love spending time with my grandchildren, socializing with my friends and neighbors, meeting new people, riding my bike, and traveling to warm weather locations with my friends and family.
