Lita Collins

Real estate runs in Lita's blood. Her father is a real estate broker and longtime Marin County developer. As a result, she grew up visiting architects’, sales offices and construction job sites. She is currently a Realtor with Frank Howard Allen, a family-owned brokerage in Marin and Sonoma County for over 100 years, as well as Vice President of her family’s commercial real estate business.

A native of Marin, Lita knows ins and outs of the neighborhoods within each city. She is particularly savvy about the towns she has grown up and lived in including Ross, San Anselmo, Corte Madera and Mill Valley. With colleagues, contractors, and a professional network across the Bay Area, Lita is well connected. In addition, she has many outstanding service providers, shops and restaurants to recommend to clients, helping home buyers ease into their new environment.

Overall, Lita makes the process of buying or selling a house as seamless as possible. Preparing her clients for what to anticipate, and how to plan for the next step is her goal.
