Prior to becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, I worked as a Consultant for a major travel company. Part of my previous career I worked with major corporations to evaluate their global airline contract savings and actual savings in order to maximize air travel savings and assisted in negotiations of current and future contracts. Livia made the process of buying a home during a "sellers market" as stream lined and efficient as it could possibly be. Livia did a lot of work and research on her end, which made going to see houses each weekend a pleasurable and unbelievably easy process. We found our dream house, under our budget, in a timely fashion. Can't recommend Livia enough. You'll be happy you signed on with her.
