Liz Bailey

Liz Bailey is a Seattle native, but she has now lived over half her life in Kitsap County. Her time there has given her an intimate knowledge of this area, and she loves what Kitsap has to offer! She is an active member of their local horse community, and she enjoys sharing her passion with others. She is also active in a variety of Kitsap business groups and is a regular participant at Newlife Church in Poulsbo.

Liz has an extensive background in both business and architecture, and her familiarity with building systems and design is a definite asset to her profession. She works diligently to maintain an up-to-date understanding of neighborhoods, trends, and markets, and her strong business background allows her to help clients successfully navigate even the most complex real estate transactions. She recognizes that their age 50+ community has unique needs, and in response, she has been awarded the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation by the National Association of Realtors. Liz brings consistent value to clients by being a dedicated team player, always striving to improve herself while working to make theirs a better community for everyone concerned. Throughout every transaction, she works closely with her clients, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, title and escrow companies, and other real estate professionals to ensure goals are met, deals are closed, and dreams are fulfilled!
