A native of Richmond, VA, Liz has enjoyed the Outer Banks her entire life as her parents enjoyed vacationing in Southern Shores prior to building their own beach cottage at milepost 20, in the 1970s. She moved here full-time in 2021 and finds living on the Outer Banks a dream come true!
Liz has experienced living all over the country, from NYC to San Francisco, pursuing her 25-year career on Wall Street. She entered real estate in 2019 with Sotheby’s International Realty in Richmond, VA. She has a proven ability of working as an energetic professional with discretion, integrity, and effectiveness. Listening to her client’s needs is of utmost importance and Liz views working with her clients as a partnership. She is well versed in working with first-time home buyers, along with navigating the details of the year round, second home, and investment market for buyers and sellers. Her goal is to make the entire transaction enjoyable, efficient, and streamlined for her clients.
Liz graduated from Radford University where she was a member of Tri-Sigma Sorority. Today she is a proud member of the Board of Directors at Hotline, an Outer Banks non-profit that assists victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. She enjoys home decor, gardening and walking her rescue dog, Sprinkles, on the beach.
