About Liz

The people are what brought Liz to the real estate industry, and they are her favorite part of the business. Liz grew up working for her parent’s real estate company before relocating to the Santa Cruz area with her husband. Liz and her husband are proud to be a part of the varied people, climates, and cultures that the community has to offer.

Liz has a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the University of Arkansas as well as several credits in Environmental Architecture with the Rocky Mountain Institute. After graduating Liz worked for the real estate firm, Colliers International based out of St. Louis, MO, in the design department before beginning a freelance career as an interior designer. After moving to Santa Cruz County, she focused her career on making homeownership a reality for first-time homebuyers through grant writing, fundraising and numerous volunteer organizations. Continuing to create economic advancement through homeownership continues to be Liz’s passion and she incorporates that into my real estate practice.

Liz is proud to be a part of the David Lyng team and the experience, marketing tools and industry knowledge that they have to offer. Liz tries to spend the majority of her personal time outdoors with family either walking down the beach, enjoying our local and state parks or indulging in coastal cuisine.
