We love Liz. This is our second home purchase as a family with her. She is dedicated, diligent, responds promptly, and is there for all your questions and whatever comes your way. We had issues with the bank and Liz was completely ontop of it, helping to resolve the problems. We are delighted Liz was our agent and she was indispensable for the home purchase. We overwhelming recommend Liz.

Liz Midgett did an amazing job selling our beach house on Buxton Beach. She shared a great deal of knowledge and guidance based on her vast experience in the market. Liz put in a lot of extra work during the sales and closing processes, especially helpful since we live out of town and she coordinated everything for us. Closing went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Liz.
