Liz is not like your typical Realtor who is just looking for a quick sale. She truly wants to help you find the home of your dreams within your budget, and she will be honest and upfront with you. For instance, if what you want is out of your budget, she will be truthful and will help you get the best within your budget. We were a military family living in PA when we received orders to Huntsville. We couldn't travel to look for homes, so we tasked Susan Ready with the impossible: find us a home within our budget that checked all of our boxes AND put our kids in a great school district... in the craziest housing market in recent history. BLUF: Nicole Kent is absolutely outstanding! We flew into town from DC and met Nicole in January to start searching for homes. She was ready to go for a fast paced weekend of home viewing. She knew exactly what we were looking for and didnt waste our precious time looking at homes that were not of interest. We were able to nail down a specific home (new build) and work with the builders over the following months. Nicole was present at every turn to ask or handle whatever questions we had along the process. We closed on Jul 15 just in time for our new born child to enter the world and live in his new home. If not for Nicole and her assistance, I don't think we would have closed when we did. It was not a simple task to push the builder faster than they wanted to go and Nicole played a huge role in that process. I was assigned a realtor thru Veterans United and her name was Nichole Kent.
Ms. Nichole was a ROCKSTAR. She listened to every detail that I wanted in a house and understood fully of the time crunch we were in due to our land lord selling the house that we were renting and only having a little more that 30 days to be out and find something else.
Ms. Nichole was 1000% dedicated to helping me find the house in record time. She would stay up till 11 to 12 o'clock at night looking at houses with us. She would constantly stay in touch with us answered all my questions with absolute professionalism.

My soon to be ex wife had tried to hire another realtor, but I held the legal rights to the house. It still took some time to get things cleared up, to make Nichole Kent, the official realtor.
I was still stationed in Korea through the whole process, but my soon to be ex had left the place a mess, the realtor that she tried to hire would had sold the place for over $30,000 less than what Nichole was able to sell it for.
Nichole dealt with a lot of extra issues selling the house due to the messiness of my divorce, but she always maintained a great attitude.
Nichole was always very pleasant to talk to, she never felt like a stranger. I recall even the very first conversation with her, feeling much more like a conversation with a friend, than a business transaction.
Even with all the additional obstacles, Nichole sold the house, at a sum that was quite profitable and it was sold quickly.

First off let me say that you can NOT go wrong using Liz Power and her team at Results Real Estate Solutions. They are ALL amazing! Liz came to our home (which was not the nicest and in a not so great part of town) and treated us like we were in a million dollar home. This was our first time selling a home and she made us feel so at ease and even excited about the process! She had a professional photographer come in and take photos which turned out AMAZING. She gave useful tips to prep my house to go on the market and referred some really great contractors to help me along the way which I have so much appreciation for because I had no clue what I was doing. I don’t even know where to start! Liz is absolutely amazing. I met Liz a few month ago and she has changed my life forever. A friend of mine said that we should meet and do business together. So I called her up and said hey let’s meet. Sure enough we hit it off and Liz needed someone to make some videos for her. Liz and I now work on marketing, videos, training and we think of new ideas to see how we can help her clients. We both help each grow and boy do we sure make a great team. She is now helping two of my family members find a home and will be selling my mothers house soon.

It’s hard for me to trust anyone especially in this world but with Liz I would trust her with my life. I no longer think of Liz as just a client of mine because she has become one of my best friends.

I’ve been using Liz for about two and a half weeks now, and already she has shown me how dedicated she is. She has answered every question I’ve had so far, in a way that a first time homebuyer would really need. She’s extremely responsive with both emails and texts, no matter what time of day it is. I had previously met Liz through a friend's purchase of a house. They raved about the dedication and hard work that she provided during their house hunt and purchase.
