Liz came to Tennessee by way of the Army relocating her and husband JD, from North Carolina. Liz began her career in Clarksville, TN and has over 9 years of Real Estate experience, 5 of which have been focused on property management.

With a last name like Sauer (pronounced like sau·ur) they named their 9lb blonde yorkie-poo Lemon and recently just got her a sister that they aptly named Lulu.

From Liz’s perspective the property management model was in desperate need of a revamp. She kept hearing the same complaints from tenants about lack of communication and deferred maintenance. From this observation came the idea to start a property management firm that prioritized the tenant experience to ensure quality tenant retention. In creating a model that focused on tenants she could offer home owners the peace of mind in knowing their tenants’ needs were being met, which ensures their homes are being well taken care of.
