We had a dream and Liz was just the person to help us make it come true. We needed her to help us sell our Bungalow in Portland to buy a multi-generational property in SW WA with three separate homes on it for us and our aging parents. Liz was the keystone. Due to her expertise in the Portland market we felt prepared at every turn, with data to support our strategy on how to get top dollar and make the closing process go smoothly. She referred us to a stager (AllSpruced), a plumber, a foundation person, a landscaper...the list goes on and on. She even tracked us down moving boxes! She had checklists for each phase of the life cycle of the sale to make sure we were all on the same page. And she did not stop there. She leveraged her network and research skills to connect us with a great broker in SW WA (outside of her jurisdiction), to help us find our dream home that we lovingly call "The Unicorn". And we found it! We could not have done this without Liz, this market demands that one stay on their toes at all times and she had it all covered. She was responsive and available at any time during the process. Liz is a talented Portland real estate agent and I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I recently worked with Liz Surataruna to buy a home in West Linn, Oregon and I am so excited to recommend her to everyone I know.

I must admit, I had very specific requirements and I wanted a deal below value, an almost impossible feat given our historically hot real estate market. Low and behold, I come to you the day of my closing to tell you that Liz made the impossible come true.

Liz Surataruna is the most dedicated and organized agent that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is an amazing communicator and that was so important to me as a client. Liz was not my first agent in the Portland metro. I found out the hard way why they always say "10 percent of the agents do 90% of the work." These other agents made it impossible to compete in this fierce market. The difference between working with Liz and any other agent I encountered in the Portland metro is the difference between T-ball and the Major Leagues.

Let me tell you, Liz understands the Portland market better than anyone does. While you can listen to plenty of agents talk about the market, Liz actually backs it up with data. That is what you need in this market, an agent who finds ways to put you at an advantage. This is everything.
