Liz is so much more than a realtor. The hopes and dreams we had for our family became her hopes and dreams, as well. From the very start, she was always available with anything we needed. From all of the questions we bombarded her with, to keeping the faith when we hit some snags along the way… she never made anything seem like a bother.
Her knowledge, class and professionalism were so refreshing.

Liz was willing to be quick and on the ball when we had a fast and somewhat crazy closing to do. She showed me the property I had my eye on as soon as humanly possible, was able to handle our complicated out-of-country schedules and get us in our new home ASAP. She was always available and would get us the answers we needed quickly. She was very flexible and helpful, and very kind.

Trying to sell my condo amidst rising inflation and increased property taxes, let alone the fallout of the COVID-19 epidemic and various metropolitan Chicago issues, made for serious challenges. But Liz kept at it, never faltering, never losing faith. Her realty acumen, marketing savvy, and personal touch with prospective buyers made all the difference and we closed on my place right before the holidays. It was the best Christmas present I could ask for this past December and I strongly recommend Liz to any potential buyer or seller.
