LJ Wilks brings the experiences gained from her varied professional background to real estate services. Having worked in the fields of Major League Baseball, Fashion, Executive Search and the Entertainment industry (15 years as a stand-up comedian in Manhattan), she has both the professional business savvy and personable demeanor to enable her to fully appreciate and understand the specific needs and desires of her clients, working closely and efficiently with them towards a successful result.
With a sense of attention to detail, LJ assists sellers and buyers to successfully navigate today’s challenging real estate market taking part in every aspect of each transaction. From marketing and analysis to working with attorneys, architects, builders, in addition to town departments such as: conservation, health, planning & zoning moving through each step onto a completed transaction.
Originally from Fairfield County, Connecticut, she made Manhattan her home for over 20+ years, starting her career in real estate with Douglas Elliman in TriBeCa. A transplanted New Yorker who has made the move with her family to the suburbs, LJ understands first-hand the emotions and needs of every client.
She is a member of the - National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors, and the Greater Fairfield County CMLS The Westport Historical Society, the Westport/Weston YMCA and a previous Board member of Westport’s Birchwood Country Club. In addition, you will find LJ volunteering and a supporter of various and charitable events within the community.
