After knowing Lloyd from our synagogue, we had occasion to work with him in selling our home in Pleasanton. Lloyd was the consummate professional and his knowledge of the home market allowed him to help us after foundering for months with another realtor who was unable to sell the house. Lloyd put together a marketing plan and sold our house for asking price within 30 days while others in the neighborhood remained unsold. After the sale of our home, several of those neighbors hired Lloyd and had the same results. I cannot say enough how much we appreciated his ability and professionalism. He was the best realtor I have ever worked with.
