Logan Wells

Logan Wells joined Connell Properties in 2015. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Political Science. Prior to joining Connell Properties, Logan worked with Morgan Stanley in Knoxville. Logan took ownership of the company in 2017 and received his managing broker's license in 2018. He specializes in value-add real estate, various investment properties, and residential brokerage. Logan has been involved in over 200 transactions in the past eight years. Logan enjoys owning and managing multiple short-term rentals in East Tennessee.

Logan is a deacon at Redeemer Church of Knoxville where he currently leads the church's building campaign. He enjoys serving in the Knoxville Fellows program and Christ Led Communities in various capacities. Logan is married to Katie and loves spending time with their three children, Walker, Genevieve, and Maggie. Logan enjoys getting outside with the family and spending time in Townsend and at the Knoxville Racquet Club.
