Lois and her family moved from MA after the winter of 1992 – 6 weeks of snow and cold! She settled into Sarasota, FL and she has loved her new life here in Paradise. Lois has 3 children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. Lois has continued her career as a Special Education Teacher for 11 years. However, when the real estate market started to boom, she decided to pursue her real dream as a Realtor. So on May 20, 2004, she became a full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Florida.

Lois's office is on Siesta Key, so she gets to drive by our Siesta Key World Renown beach every morning, and then as she leaves the office some days She's lucky enough to watch the sunset over the Gulf. Since 2004 Lois has seen the market’s highs and lows. She has watched the short sales and the foreclosures come and go. Lois sold and listed family homes, million-dollar homes on the water, condominiums and investment properties, and yes, short sales and foreclosures.
