Lois M “Mei-Mei” Watts Venners, principal and founder of MeiMei Venners Realty, LLC is a recognized “Power Broker”, licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

She has collaborated with developers in the design, marketing, and launch of some of the most recognized luxury condominium buildings in Washington, D.C. and Bethesda, Maryland. These include 1055 High in Georgetown, 22 West, and The Westlight in D.C.’s Westend and Lionsgate in Bethesda, Maryland. With over 1,000 successful transactions in her portfolio, she is ranked among her peers and clients as one of the top brokers in the DC metropolitan area.

She is a graduate of George Washington University and lives in McLean, Virginia with her husband.
